We usually work with Latvijas pasts (Latvian post), Omniva, Venipak or EMS (Express post).

You don't, because we take care of all the duties for you.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you receive an email with a tracking number.
If for some receive you didn't receive the number, please write to info@varvaraatelier.com and we'll solve the problem.
6. Can I return the order?

7. How long does it take to knit customized tracksuit or dress?
It usually takes 10-15 days to make a knitted suit or dress. If you need it urgently, please contact us and we will make everything possible to deliver them faster!
8. Can we wash your knitwear in washing machine?
Yes. All can be washed in 30 degrees of wool, 800 spin, using Perwol wool.
9. Do you have any guarantee for your knitwear?
Yes, we guarantee our knitwear is long lasting. The customized suits keeps the same shape even after few years.
10. Where can I try your knitwear?
Our office is located in Riga (Braslas 29), contact us for appointment. If you are unable visit us, you can always measure your sizes and send us in cm/inches so we could help with the right size.
